Who we are
Small and Simple Steps Limited is an established education company. Our work is led by an experienced clinician and adult educator, with postgraduate qualifications in professional adult education and communication, grounded in palliative care practice.
That combination matters. Communication education written only from theory tends not to survive contact with a real ward, a real housing office, or a real family meeting. Ours is written by people who have held those conversations themselves, and then taught others how to hold them.
We are an education company with clinical roots — institutional in how we are run, human in how we practise.
We are structured deliberately to support long-term organisational partnerships rather than one-off bookings. Licensing a programme into an organisation carries real responsibility: the materials have to stay current, the facilitators have to stay supported, and the evaluation has to keep running. Our roles, systems and oversight exist to carry that responsibility safely over years, not weeks.

Holds the integrity of the framework itself — its educational design, its clinical grounding, and how it develops as practice changes.

Delivers the core programme and develops your internal facilitators, bringing scenario-based learning into the settings your teams actually work in.

Runs the partnership side of the work: licensing, scheduling, evaluation records and the continuity that a long-term agreement depends on.
